Design Process
Our curated approach is intended for as much or little collaboration as you would prefer. Have no idea where to start? Or do you know exactly what look you want, but simply need it executed? It all begins with an initial consultation, where we uncover your goals in altering your space, from how you want it to feel to how it needs to function, with a specific budget understanding. Following the initial consult, we will provide an estimate for services rendered and decide on the level of service you prefer. Upon approval we will provide a design presentation and timeline for execution to suit your goals.

Building Process
It starts with understanding your goals. Following your submittal of an initial intake form to better understand your expectations, we will set up a phone consultation to get to know one another and ensure we are the right match to execute your project. We will then arrange an in-person meeting to brainstorm the more specific ideas you have and review the scope of work. Once we understand what phase of your project you are in, we will bring in our in-house designer for a design consult, one of our Architect partners to draft plans, or for projects ready for execution, provide an estimate of costs for approval.

Real Estate Rehab Process
Our specialized Real Estate Rehab approach is tailored to help investors, realtors or home owners achieve the maximum emotional value and profitability of their specific project. We offer a unique perspective and years of experience to advise on cost effective aesthetic upgrades. This will increase the value and marketability of your property. We will provide an in-person consultation and identify and prioritize the key areas to focus on for improvement. We can efficiently manage any pre-market project, or provide a list of potential upgrades, sourced finishes and fixtures for a a DIY option.
